The article will describe belongs to a chapter of our tutor. With this article, the author intends to show us that learning in a virtual environment, can respect both the freedom of individual or collective cooperation.

Highlights the conditions for the creation of a distance education. Gives prominence to three theories of distance education (theory of autonomy and independence, Theory of industrialization and Theory of interaction and communication)

Emphasizes the theory of cooperative freedom, which allows any individual is a student who learns what he wants, because it has freedom to do so.
