DIRECTRIZES COMUNS E NÃO COMUNS DE QUALIDADE NO DESENVOLVIMENTO/AVALIAÇÃO DE CURSOS ON-LINE<iframe src="http://bubbl.us/view/6db49/d0e34/44vQBuI6VQIws/" width="600" height="400"></iframe><br /><br />Numa tentativa de abordar todos os artigos e de modo a tentar tirar informação pertinente que nos permita averiguar as directrizes essenciais a ter em conta num curso on-line, decidi construir o seguinte mapa conceptual, onde construí um mapa para cada artigo e no centro coloquei as directrizes de qualidade que encontrei/defini ao ler os 5 artigos.<br /><br />Para saber os pontos comuns a cada estudo dos artigos, atribuí cores a cada directriz, de modo a visualizar em cada estudo/artigo as directrizes comuns, de modo a analisar o que se tem tido em conta para organizar estudos e cursos on-line.<br /><br />http://bubbl.us/view.php?sid=855604&pw=yaPfyQ5U9u3CENDRKRFoydlRlb2pYZw<div><br /><div>https://bubbl.us/2.0#6db49/d0e34/44vQBuI6VQIws<br /><br />ANÁLISE DO MAPA CONCEPTUAL<br /><br />Segundo a análise que fiz aos artigos/estudos consegui, não fazendo um estudo muito exaustivo retirar e delinear um conjunto de directrizes a ter em conta numa criação de um curso on-line.<br /><br />Embora com diferente terminologia em cada artigo, defini as seguintes directrizes generalistas, definindo-as como as principais:<br /><br />- PROFESSORES COM FORMAÇÃO ADEQUADA<br /><br />- PLANIFICAÇÃO/ PEDAGOGIAS/ METODOLOGIAS/TEORIAS<br /><br />- SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO/ TECNOLOGIA UTILIZADA/ RECURSOS<br /><br />- APRENDIZAGEM CENTRADA NO ALUNO<br /><br />- AVALIAÇÃO<br /><br />Após colorir todos termos do mapa, fiquei com a percepção das directrizes abordadas em cada artigo/estudo.<br /><br />Desta atribuição de cores, podemos tirar uma ilação, isto se a distribuição feita por mim estiver correcta, o artigo/estudo que apresentar a paleta completa de cores das directrizes, concerteza será aquele que apresenta um bom nível de qualidade.<br /><br />Assim, verifica-se que o estudo:<br /><br />Defining, Assessing, and Promoting E-learning Success:An Information Systems PerspectiveClyde W. Holsapple and Anita Lee-Post<br /><br />apresenta a diversidade de cores total. Ou seja, este será provavelmente o melhor modelo a utilizar num curso on-line.<br /><br />Os outros, pela observação de cores ênfase a certas directrizes em detrimento de outras. Petrovic<br /><br />aborda, segundo a minha perspectiva, apenas directrizes relacionadas com SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO/ TECNOLOGIA UTILIZADA/ RECURSOS e LANIFICAÇÃO/ PEDAGOGIAS METODOLOGIAS/TEORIAS.<br /><br />O estudo CONSIDERATIONS FOR DEVELOPING EVALUATIONS OF ONLINE COURSES Achtemeier, S., Morris, L. & Finnegan, C. (2003) Considerations for Developing Evaluations 0f Online Courses, JALN, Vol 7, I. , dá ênfase à directriz relacionada com aluno, e com a avaliação, sendo este artigo que dá mais valor a estas duas directrizes.<br /><br />O estudo CONSIDERATIONS FOR DEVELOPING EVALUATIONS OF ONLINE COURSES Achtemeier, S., Morris, L. & Finnegan, C. Como aluno, não sei o que se passou anteriormente, mas concerteza que houve uma equipa de trabalho que começou pelo trabalho preliminar, avaliando o percurso a escolher. Nesse percurso tiveram em conta a escolha dos profissionais (professores) que iria administrar as Unidades Currriculares, como aqueles que iriam coordenar o mesmo (papéis/funções). Para isso, também devem ter avaliado as suas competências técnicas, sociais, pedagógicas, etc., de modo, que o perfil se adeqúe ao tipo de ensino on-line.<br />Também devem ter tido o cuidado de avaliar qual seria a comunidade de aprendizagem alvo, de modo, a verificar e justificar a necessidade da criação do mestrado. O professor da UC, ao realizar o contrato de aprendizagem, tem de ter em conta o tipo de abordagem entre o aluno e o professor, as competências mínimas exigidas pela comunidade educativa para frequentar o curso, o tempo disponibilizado para as tarefas e a gestão da quantidade e tipo de intervenções ao longo do tempo. São os três pilares que sustentam o mestrado. Por experiência própria, sabemos a importância do suporte administrativo, no qual, fazemos as nossas matrículas on-line, também solicitamos on-line, declarações, certificados, classificações nas cadeiras, informações, etc. A nível de serviços bibliotecários temos acessos às bibliotecas/repositórios on-line da UA, como poderemos adquirir títulos editados pelas UA.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span><p></p><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class="MsoNormal">A nível do suporte de ensino temos todas as teorias e estudos subjacentes a este modelo de ensino, que o fazem ser acreditado pela Universidade Pública onde se encontra. Transpondo-o para o nosso mestrado, poderei dizer</span> acerca da qualidade do sistema o seguinte: é de fácil utilização porque a plataforma de comunicação não apresenta complicações de uso; amigável, porque do outro lado, temos sempre alguém nos apoia; estável, porque normalmente nunca houve problemas de acesso à plataforma; seguro, pois a informação vai sempre direccionada aos professores das UC; rápido já que é instantâneo o processamento de informação, embora possamos receber a resposta mais tarde; receptivo, porque sabemos que temos sempre alguém que nos dará uma resposta.</v:imagedata></p><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class="MsoNormal">Acerca da qualidade da informação, posso dizer que no mestrado está: bem organizada e bem apresentada, pois recebemos é recebida através de e-mail ou da plataforma e normalmente não há dúvidas na sua interpretação, encontrando-se clara e com o tamanho certo. Tem sido uma experiência agradável, alcançando um substancial sucesso. Com experiência positiva, tenho recomendado a outros colegas. </p><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class="MsoNormal">Na parte dos resultados do sistema, pela parte positiva, penso que o nosso mestrado, permite-nos melhorar a nossa aprendizagem, dá-nos liberdade de tempo para gerirmos a realização das nossas tarefas, obtendo por isso sucesso académico, contudo tenho que salientar que um estudante a tempo inteiro, que foi o meu caso e de outros colegas, tivemos um grande esforço para acabar as tarefas semanais, o que se tornou em certos dias, bastante extenuante. Pela parte negativa, sinto que a falta de contacto por vezes não tem sido um problema, devido à quantidade de meios para comunicarmos, contudo parece que é uma barreira, pois o cansaço de utilização de meios tecnológicos, leva a um afastamento temporário. O isolamento/proximidade virtual são outros sentimentos que se sentem ao longo do mestrado. A falta da presença física, foi um sentimento no e uma adaptação que ainda não sei se a hei-de considerar negativa ou positiva.
